Course Cancellations & Refunds


Cancellations by you


1.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to one month before the course start date. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund of course fees, less the required deposit fee for the course purchased, if a deposit is required to reserve your place(s) on the course.

1.2 If you wish to cancel within one month of the course start date on any course, you will not be entitled to a refund.

1.3 If you have purchased a multiple day course and wish to cancel within one month of the course start date, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, you may be able to use the course fee on these courses only as a credit towards a future course.

1.4 If you have booked a course within one month of its start date, you will not be entitled to a refund.

1.5 We can not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs that you may have incurred as a result of booking a course.

1.6 If you are refused entry to the UK, you will not be eligible for a refund of course fees.

1.7 If you require a visa for entry to the UK and your visa is delayed, you will also not be eligible for a refund of course fees. At our discretion, however, we will consider transferring you to another course at a later date.




Cancellations by us


2.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.

2.2 If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice. You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks.

2.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee.






3.1 If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.

3.2 If alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.





4.1 Should any member of Floribunda Rose have a positive Coronavirus test we will quarantine for the required length of time and all classes will be postponed until we have received negative test results.
4.2 In the unfortunate event of you or anyone you live with displaying symptoms of Coronavirus in the 10 days prior to your workshop we would ask you to take a test to check whether you are positive and if so to delay your visit the studio. Your course date will be postponed, and another date will be offered to you.
