It's our favourite time of the year and a chance for us to light the log burner, all of the candles and welcome you in for a fun, relaxed evening, or afternoon, of creativity at our floristry studio.
Sarah will welcome you with mulled wine and spiced juices as well as delicious festive treats, then walk you through how to make a generous Christmas wreath using British, seasonal foliage.
You'll create your wreath on a willow base and sustainably sourced Welsh moss. There will be a choice of branches of lichen covered larch, armfuls of fragrant foliage and dried elements. Whether you go wild and untamed, symmetrical, or delicate is entirely up to you – we’ll be there with all of the guidance you need.
Next, we will walk you through the processes of adding decorations such as pinecones, wax-dipped apples, and bundles of cinnamon alongside dried flowers, grasses and seed-heads.
And for those who love a bow, there will be velvet and silk ribbons aplenty.
At the end of your class, we will pack your wreath up ready for you to take home and hang on your door.
